Covid-19 e home working: le attività e le misure di sicurezza di Gruppo Sme.UP a supporto dei collaboratori
L’emergenza sanitaria dovuta al Coronavirus ha imposto la necessità di attuare il distanziamento sociale e il conseguente fermo o spostamento delle attività degli uffici presso l’abitazione dei collaboratori. Il Gruppo Sme.UP ha scelto di mettere in primo piano la sicurezza di collaboratori, clienti, partners e fornitori attuando immediatamente, ove possibile, il lavoro da remoto e mettendo in pratica delle misure per tutelare la salute delle persone e delle loro famiglie pur mantenendo la continuità operativa.
Abbiamo potuto attuare sin da subito lo smart working, perchè l’azienda aveva già predisposto da tempo tutti gli strumenti necessari per l’attivazione del lavoro da remoto.
In primo luogo, ci siamo assicurati che quanti più collaboratori dell’azienda potessero lavorare in smart working, accertando che tutti disponessero degli strumenti necessari, come computer, connessione ad internet, strumenti di collaborazione digitale. Ad esempio, sono stati forniti Giga aggiuntivi ai collaboratori che non disponevano di una rete wi-fi presso la propria abitazione, consentendo loro di utilizzare la rete hotspot per lavorare.
É stato inoltre definito un protocollo di protezione dei dipendenti per il rientro in ufficio dopo il 4 maggio, continuando inoltre a garantire la prosecuzione dello smart working per tutti i collaboratori che non avessero necessità urgente di riprendere la propria attività presso le sedi lavorative.
Il protocollo prevede diverse misure volte a garantire la sicurezza dei collaboratori e di tutte le persone che accedono alle sedi di lavoro, a partire appunto dall’ingresso in sede dove è prevista la misurazione della temperatura e, ove possibile, la differenziazione dei luoghi di ingresso e uscita dalle sedi lavorative.
É stata prevista inoltre la riduzione a un terzo della capienza massima di personale negli uffici, dove sono state svolte attività di segnalazione delle postazioni da non utilizzare per garantire la distanza di 1,5 metri tra una persona e l’altra e dove sono state affisse comunicazioni con indicazioni chiare di tutte le misure da rispettare negli ambienti di lavoro .
Per garantire un utilizzo agevole ma sicuro dei locali lavorativi, è stata prevista anche una regolamentazione dell’utilizzo di tutti gli spazi comuni. Presso tutte le sedi lavorative del nostro Gruppo è stata prevista inoltre la fornitura di dispositivi di protezione individuale:
Per l’attività lavorativa in ufficio:

- Gel igienizzante
- Spray per l’igienizzazione delle superfici delle postazioni di lavoro
Per i collaboratori che hanno necessità di recarsi presso i clienti:
- Mascherine
- Guanti
- Gel igienizzante formato pocket
- Coprisedili usa e getta e igienizzante per volante e cruscotto per le automobili aziendali
Tutte queste azioni sono volte alla garanzia del rispetto di tutte le indicazioni sanitarie espresse dalle autorità per la gestione di questa fase di ripresa delle attività. Così come abbiamo fatto durante il periodo di lockdown, in cui non ci siamo mai fermati, oggi è ancora più importante offrire ai Clienti tutto il supporto di cui hanno bisogno per la ripartenza.
